Hey Diva's, the Passion Parties Mission is about women empowering women! What better way to do that than to support your fellow Passion Sister Towanda with a tax deducatable charitable donation for the Avon Breast Cancer 3-Day?!?!?

This year, I'll be participating in a very special event called the Breast Cancer 3-Day. In 2002 my very dear friend Lisa and I crossed the finish line of the Avon Breast Cancer 3-Day walk in Chicago having raised over $5,000 between us and walking sixty miles side by side to help make a difference in the lives of women everywhere who are fighting the battle against breast cancer. We are joinging hands to do it again this year and we need your help!

A dear friend of mine told me that when she was diagnosed with breast cancer she felt like she was being admitted to an esteemed club. Such a powerful image that creates for me. I walk this year for her, and all of my friends (and there are many) who have been touched by this non-discriminatory disease. I walk especially for my Mother in Law, Camey, who lost a breast to cancer and has been in remission for over 5 years now! I also walk for Lisa's mother who lost her life to breast cancer before I had the opportunity to meet her.

Please feel free to send a story with your donation of a friend or family member whose memory or honor you'd like me to walk for and whose story you would like me to take with me on my journey. Your stories in 2002 inspired me when I felt that I could not take another step. They remind me how blessed I am to be so healthy and strong, this is a blessing I do not take lightly and I am happy to use that strength to raise money for such an important cause!

I'll walk 60 miles over the course of three days with thousands of other women and men. The net proceeds will support breast cancer research, education, screening and treatment through Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the National Philanthropic Trust Breast Cancer Fund.

I've agreed to raise at least $2,200 in donations, so I need your help. Would you please consider making a donation of $50? Please click the link for the attatched donation form and designate the amount that's right for you. Please keep in mind how far I'm walking (From Kenosha, WI to Chicago, IL) and how hard I'll have to train.

According to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, approximately 200,000 American women will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year, and nearly 40,000 will die from the disease. That's why I'm walking so far. To do something bold about breast cancer. I hope that you'll share this incredible adventure with me -- by supporting me in my fundraising efforts.
