Crazy Music
Here's a couple of links for you to check out. The first is a guy called, Kid Beyond. The link is here. The wonders of technology are nothing in comparison to what the human mouth can do.
The second is for a group of high school students, well, the timpani player is in the eigth grade, but still. They call themselves the Shadow Percussion Project, and they worked out a couple of DJ Shadow songs. (If that link doesn't work, then go to www.allmusic.com and do a search for him.
The crazy thing is that this wasn't even a school project. This was an after school project. Major kudos for the teacher doing this, as well as tons of respect for the kids pulling it off. Here's the link to a story. Clicky
