My first ever risotto is a success! yes, it was like a super-simple remedial-risotto ;;;^^ it was still neither undercooked nor overcooked. That is a success for me!

In other news: the ebay auction I was very quietly keeping an eye on suddenly went a little nuts. I should stick to glass camels and leave the Transformers toys to the professionals

I watched the first five episodes when they first aired and now, after much indecisiveness, I've been watching the rest over the past week or so.

I am now less exasperated at the bad dialogue and more utterly horrified at the graphic torture. D8
