I don't think it's fair, I just wanted everyone to know that attempting to steal any maker's icons is NOT okay. Good grief. That's such a shame, because as you pointed out the colouring etc is actually really lovely. I wish I had an ounce of that ability. Naturally you did the right thing banning them though.

It is! And there's SO many people copying, I really can't understand that.
And yes, her coloring is SO pretty, she could make very pretty unique stuff if she ever decides to NOT steal people's cropping.

Why would anyone be dumb enough to take the actual icons/copy of someone else and just recolor them? That's incredibly dumb. That's too bad, it's always better to try and make your own because at least they will be YOUR OWN. Sorry about this and you did the right thing!

I have no idea why anyone could do that. If I was her, I'd be embarassed to post them and claim them as my own, when I clearly know that the makers I'm copying from can see them.

And okay, I get inspiration from other makers, but never to that extreme. Not even close. That's just ridiculous.

I know! her coloring is very pretty!
but those are way too alike, and she posted them days and weeks after we originally posted ours. The fact that she answered in her journal when someone confronted her, that she didn't copy and that was her style made me do this, else I would have only commented in her icon post.

At first, I didn't really want to, but I figured I'd let everybody know that she could copy from them, since we're not the only ones that she's copied. Her journal is full of that.
