another list, for I am...list-y!
1. The OKCupid Doctor Who Companion test tells me I am Sarah Jane. By the descriptions, I am unsurprised and pleased, though I'm not sure all of them that I've read are quite fair...in fact, some of those for companions I <333, I disagree with. XP
But I am not shocked in general, and I am not at all displeased either (she is one of the Kickass Companion team, say I! This is Sarah Jane, Romana - all Romanas! - Ace, and Martha. Not to say they are the only kickass companions by any means!). Whee.
2. I have gotten ahold of a copy - coincidentally - of The Internet for Dummies. Someone else bought it. THE CATCH: it is the first edition. It was published in 1993. An edition of this book from fourteen years ago was not acquired on purpose by the buyer, either (said person wanted a current one, but library used book sales, lovely as they are, are dangerous that way!), but it worked out well. Observe:
ME: Hey, can I see that?
ME: *takes and flips through*
ME: Waaaiiiiit...why is there so much about newsgroups in here? THIS IS ODD.
ME: Where is the publication date on this thing?
ME: OMG 1993! THIS IS ADORABLE AND AWESOME AND HILARIOUS I LOVE IT!

that was a Shortened Version, of course! Perhaps I shall evidence the adorableness at a later point. :D Basically, Spot wins.
I like using "evidence" as a verb - I think this might already be obvious. If it is, that maybe verges on pathetic in some way I cannot quite define at the moment, but OH WELL.
3. *is signed up for Yuletide* No more shall be said, though, 'course! Or, you know, in the...way that nothing can be for cautionary purposes.
*grin* *is quite excited* I know who to blame, too, so. :D
4. There is work when one goes to school, you know? Funny how that goes.
5. I needed a fifth number in my list and anything else I might have been going to note has been erased from my brain. I think I need to rewatch a lot of DW s1 (new series, I mean). SOMEDAY. Right. (Nine and Jabe <3! *cough* This is not from rewatching, this is just from Knowledge. Si.)
