This summer is the COMPLETE opposite of last summer..warm (though we did have some warm days last summer like on the solstice and the 4th of July), dry, hardly any storms and rain, huge fires..woww. Even if the Wood River fire advances toward Fairbanks we have the Tanana River as a natural barrier and it could be hard for the fire to get over it ( Read more... )

I never wondered about the origin of the ampersand, but now that you say it, it's actually quite neat. :) But mostly I'm commenting because it still makes me so incredibly happy to see other people listening to Ayreon. Woo!

Yes I found that trivia fascinating lol

Yay hehe one of my LJ friends got me into them..they have some pretty sweet songs (like "Merlin's Will" and "The Castle Hall")

Into the Electric Castle is my favorite of their albums just because of the slight cheesy factor - did you know Fabio from Rhapsody did one song for them?

I had NO idea about the ampersand trivia...that's very intriguing.
