Room 218, Friday Afternoon

Nov 05, 2010 17:44

Karla wasn't actually all that happy to be human again. For one, there was the fairly humiliating way she'd turned back. She owed Warren an apology for laughing at him for changing at the Strawberry Social. For another, it had been...easy...being an Arcerian kitten. She didn't have to think about Agio or Jaenelle or the letters stacked neatly on her desk, waiting to be handed out to various teachers.

Rawr. Things were so much easier when she was a kitten and the most she had to worry about was chasing the furry snake attached to her butt and finding someone to feed her.

Which apparently Fandom took as a cue to have her start singing:

Once, I can't remember
I was, long ago, someone strange
I was innocent and wise
And full of pain

Now that I'm a woman
Everything is strange

Once, when I was searching
Somewhere out of reach
Far away
In a place I could not find
Or heart obey

Now that I'm a woman
Everything is changed
Everything is changed
Everything has changed

[Establishy, but open and up early for epic SP as I flee to town for a bit. Yay Mexico Mexioc!]
