No, Ratchet doesn't deserve it, but it was damned fun to write. And, for the record, when I did this prank, it was a couch over a swimming pool. The results were just as funny though, because the guy we did this to was hungover as hell, and NOT at all pleased.

And I had to lol at the suggestion you made. I was doing exactly that while you were making your comment. (I always forget one or two things when I post!) Thanks for reading!

I have cats, too and when I read your comment I laughed myself, thusly waking my very spoiled cat up. He looked at me through one cracked eye like, "WTF dude? Seriously! Shut up!"

Kind of makes me wonder what the Autobots would think of house cats...

Suffice to say they probably kind of maybe didn't think that all through very well. They're Sunny and Sides. They don't seem to think, just act.

I feel so sorry for Ratchet although more for being a "liason" than for being the victim of the twins... At least he can take revenge on the twins but no chance against the liason.

I love the way, how you describe the twins and I also like the joke they have created. Niiice, they will suffer for it, but it was a great idea.

Ratchet is just a great as usual. I just love your way to describe it, making sure he stays sympathic, even if he is... well Ratchet-Grumpy as usual.
I'm wondering what he'll want of Optimus though... Time for letting Optimus know, what he thinks of being a liason?

I'm very curious to read the next one. I just hope 'Hide is allowed to have his weapons, where they belong... If I were him I would also NEVER mention he told the twins to disturb his time with Ratchet...

Ratchet + liaison = big trouble. Why Prime could think that would work is beyond me. (Well, okay. I wrote that in because the idea of Ratchet being the government link was freaking hysterical.) Maybe it's a form of creative punishment.

Oh, the twins will pay. Of that I'm completely sure (since I'm writing it right now...).

Ratchet grumpy is fast becoming one of my favorite things to write. He and Ironhide make such good verbal sparring partners, even though Ratchet's vocabulary and speech are larger and sharper respectively. Ratchet wouldn't be Ratchet if he weren't grumpy.

Prime should be known as "The Great Diffuser" or something similar. No one knows how to calm ruffled feathers or stop the compulsion to shoot something or someone like Optimus can. 'Hide will have his babies, but I haven't figured out if I'm going to let him use them.

Ratchet will at least make sure the liason knows it's serious business and not allowing him to play any games with him. Creative punishment for whom? Making the liason or Ratchet suffer? *g*

Yeah, Optimus is a born leader after all and a pretty good diplomat. I'm wondering, how sucessful he is with his very, very angered medic. So Ratchet isn't going to dislocate them, I'm relieved.
