Persona3 Character Drama CD 1 - Ryoji and MC
These are peppered with some small translations that I've found over the Internet (a Minato rp journal, to be specific). Credit goes to the one who did them. The rest is my summarizations, which I can't vouch for accuracy.
Also, Ryoji and MC, despite having the same VA, can be told apart. For one, Ryoji uses "boku", while MC doesn't use any first-person pronoun. MC is for the most part deadpan and lower-pitched, while Ryoji sounds higher-pitched and emotional.
1. Arcade. MC is trying to win a Jack Frost Doll from the crane game, with Junpei and Ryoji cheering him on. He gets close, but in the end loses it, to everyone's disappointment. Junpei ends up giving more coins to MC. After more talk,
Junpei: "By the way, why did you want a Jack Frost Doll?"
Minato: "I promised to get one for someone."
Junpei: "Mm? Who?"
Ryoji: "If it's a doll, it's obviously a girl!"
Junpei: "SERIOUSLY!?"
Minato: "U-umm..."
Junpei becomes depressed, rambles on about Chidori for a bit, then all three of them take their leave.
2. Palownia Mall. They come across a monk chanting the Karma Sutra....it's Mutatsu! Main greets him. After some talk, Mutatsu lights a cigar, freaking out Junpei since this is a monk smoking! Ryoji has fun speaking to Mutatsu, who rambles about lots of things, with Junpei and MC tossing their snark. Lots of talk goes on that I don't know what's being said, but Akihabara comes up a lot. He tosses something, which MC/Ryoji catch? Eventually, they say their "laters". Junpei is exhausted from talking to Mutatsu, but Ryoji sounds like he had fun.
3. Iiiiiiiiit's Tanaka! He's speaking to his fans on microphone, promoting his sales. Junpei's excited to speak to him, and urges the Main to greet him. Tanaka turns to speak to him, still with the mic,
Tanaka: [talks to Minato. With a microphone. Loudly. I'm not sure what he's saying.]
Minato: "Um... Good work... Also, I can hear you just fine without the mike."
Tanaka: [says some other stuff I can't be bother to translate. He seems to be complaining.]
Minato: (exasperated tone) "You don't really have to worry about that though..."
When Ryoji greets Tanaka, the latter wastes no time trying to rope Ryoji into his "undressing camara". He also tries to convince Main into modeling for him. Tanaka also gives Junpei something, I don't know what, but it squeaks. They depart.
4. At Iwatodai Station. They debate over getting either a burger or takoyaki, but Main spots Bunkichi and greets him.
Minato: [notices Bunkichi] "Huh...?" [rushes over] "Bunkichi-jiisan!"
Bunkichi: "Eh? Uwoo! Good afternoon!"
Minato: "You seem have a lot... Want me to help out?"
Bunkichi: "Thank you. Then, I'll leave these to you. They're heavy."
Minato: "Huaa! It's true...! Heavy..."
The boys offer to carry some boxes for Bunkichi to his shop. In the shop, more talking goes on. They drop the boxes inside. More talking, especially some joking. Bunkichi sees the rubber toy Junpei has, and offers to trade. In return, he hands them something else. He also hands over some bread to each of them, despite Main saying he doesn't have to. The trio say their goodbyes and leave.
5. Iwatodai Station. They head over to get some Takoyaki, and run into Maiko-chan!
Maiko: "Ah! Onii-chan!"
Minato: (cheerful) "Maiko-chan! Good afternoon."
Maiko: [giggles] "Ne ne, listen listen! The other day, Mom and Maiko went to Octopia and had takoyaki together!"
Minato: (warm tone) "That's great.
Cuteness ensues. (Maiko even calls Main Onii-chan <3. And Ryoji calls her Kawaii-Lady.). After some more trading (takoyaki this time), Maiko gets a call telling her to come home.
6. At the playground. They come across Akinari.
[Junpei and Ryoji cause a ruckus]
Akinari: "... Is there something wrong?"
Minato: "It's fine. ... Leave them be."
Akinari smells the takoyaki. Some talk.
Akinari: "If I smell this scent... I start to feel a little hungry."
Minato: [takes out a package of takoyaki] "Would you like to eat some?"
Akinari: "Is it alright? Then, I'll have a little."
Akinari tries the takoyaki. Junpei and Ryoji also eat some. But then, Akinari starts coughing. Main asks if he's alright, but Akinari reassures that he's alright.
Akinari: "These are quite tasty. Is it alright if I have one more?"
Minato: (warm tone) "As much as you want."
More talking. Akinari is rambling. He tries more takoyaki, says it's delicious, but ends up coughing again. But again, says it's okay, thanking for the takoyaki. More talking takes place. Then they say good-bye. After that, Ryoji remarks about all the (Social Links) friends Main knows. He wants to hear Main's thoughts on this, but gets a standard answer from him. Then they decide on which of the bread they still have they'd like. Main's answer, melon bread. Of course. He then ends the track with "doudemoii".
7. Velvet Room. Elizabeth greets Main, who gives her the Jack Frost Doll she requested. She also spots the bread in his pocket, and asks for it. More talking. Then, she gives him his reward......hundreds of yen coins (from her change purse lol). After some more talk, Main leaves.
