Persona 3: A Certain Day of Summer drama CD
This CD, unlike the previous ones, is at least partially translated. For convenience sake, I've linked to the translations, but everything else is again just my summarization. Anyone willing to take the time to finish translating is more than welcome.

For our first story: She Goes For a Walk
1. The track begins with the Main being summoned to the Velvet room in his dreams. There, Igor offers the Main to rewatch the events that happened but the game didn't cover.

....and that's where the fan-animations finish, but we're not done yet. The gang follows Akihiko to a beef bowl place. Banter and more Aigis-crack ensue. Then they leave, more talking happens. Then, at evening, they visit the Shrine. They draw fortunes, Fuuka I guess getting okay luck. Main draws, then Junpei draws with passion!!!!! But, it's still bad. Yukari draws, with a fortune that seems to know her name o-0. Aigis draws, with I think great luck? Then they toss in coins for wishes, Aigis ringing the bell so much that it nearly falls out lol. Finally, come home, and report in the day. Aigis states that it was interesting. Ikutsuki does his usual puns, making everyone groan. Aigis then concludes that school is interesting, because of everyone around her. The end.
Back to Igor and Elizabeth. Igor remarks on the story, and then has the Main watch another story, though it seems Elizabeth has her own idea for a story, to Igor's chargrin.
*When Aigis states that Yukari's clothes will be too small, that's actually a translation error. She's saying that Yukari's will be the best fit overall.
Our second story: REVERSE or BROKEN

......After it's over, Igor apologizes profusely for that, saying that WASN'T the next story he wanted to show. Elizabeth isn't sorry for it. =) Poor Igor.
Our third story: Noble Empress
This one focuses on Mitsuru. She's watching the news, presumably in her limo. She's returning home for some Kirijo business apparently. She's first greeted by the maids, and her butler. Both of them chat for a bit. Then, in her room, she's reading until the butler and maid come in to bring tea. The maid accidentally drops the cup, making a mess. After that, she's in the shower, thinking about her father. Then later, the maid and butler talk amongst themselves about their Ojou-sama, seemingly about a present. Then we hear Mitsuru practice her fencing. The butler talks through the door, and mentions the Nanjo! Determined!Mitsuru is determined.
Back to the Velvet Room. Elizabeth is driving Igor up the wall as usual.
Our fourth and final story: Equip with Chidori
Chidori is drawing in Iwatodai Station, and Junpei comes up to hit on her as usual. After a bit, it kind of sounds like Chidori is giving Junpei a drawing. Back at the dorm, everyone's watching the news, noticing that Junpei is missing. Akihiko is needing his protein, with Fuuka commenting that's not all he needs to eat. Junpei comes in, excited as a lark! He shows his drawing he got from Chidori, but....apparently it's not what he expected. Everyone is like ._. and Junpei's D:. Then later Junpei is talking with Ikutsuki for some reason, to get some good ideas to impress a girl I guess. Back to everyone else, Yukari and Fuuka are playing with Koromaru. Junpei is as usual teasing Yukari. For some reason, Koromaru suddenly chases Junpei. Then, at Tartarus, Akihiko comments on Junpei's condition, but he states he's fine. Main says: "Doudemoii". Fuuka senses a Shadow. Everyone leaves, making Junpei run to catch up. Then, Shadow battle! Junpei is having trouble for some reason. Eventually they win, but Junpei is in bad shape after that mess. Seems it has to do with him equipping himself with the thing Chidori gave him.
(I'm not too sure about this one. A good translator would help here.)
Velvet Room. Igor sends the Main back, bidding him farwell. He's still kind of exhausted from Elizabeth's meddling.
