Weird-ass dream
Among other things last night, I dreamed I was initiated into womanhood at a Native ritual. A bunch of girls were naked and had to lie on the ground. There was much to do because my friend was on her period, and they were like "we have to hurry!". But the Shaman would only initiate those who had been in the spirit world before, and even though I was the only white girl, they let me go. We lay in the dirt while the drums beat. Then, oddly enough, this hideous camel looking spirit (very Spirited Away, if you can imagine the type), summoned us all to follow him out of the dirt. We turned into a pack of dogs and chased the spirit. Eventually I woke up with the other girls lying where we were before.
What I really want to know is: WHY A CAMEL?!?
I also dreamed I took Emlyn (I think it was him...) to the eye doctor, who ended up being a bad one and kind of a pervert. I accused him of both of those, and everyone was like "Meh". And I was like "Doesn't anyone care that he's a crappy doctor?!"
Emlyn is home for the weekend and hogging the bed. I don't know why, but I seem to need less sleep than I used to, cuz I'm all up and shiney by 9am. :P
