I guess it's time for an update?
I thought I would do a little updating while I put off doing some homework. So, here we go folks...
Home: I'm sure you all know of the unfortunate circumstances that occurred in August. Basically, my house in New Orleans isn't as bad as we thought it would be. There are some things that are salvageable, but I don't know when we'll be able to return. In the meantime my mom, granny, first cousin, and I are living in Midtown ATL. I love it here; Especially my neighborhood. We live 5 min. away from everything: Kroger, Chik-fil-a, walgreens, Ikea, etc. What else do you need in life?
School: I'm attending Georgia State University, but if you were a student there you probably wouldn't know it. I go to class and I go straight home. There are a couple of LOYNO students there, but I never see them. It's pretty sad. My other best friend from home is attending GSU as well, but I never get to see her. I don't know really know anyone else there. It's ok though because pretty soon I'll be reunited with Lauren, Serena, Gina, Christen, and, of course, Jaime, my 5 out of 6 favorite girls.
Personal Life: I'm still with my Deuce. Wait a second. Maybe you guys deserve to know his real name by now. His name is Toussaint. Things are going very well in that area. Actually, this week is Morehouse's homecoming, so we'll be together everyday this week attending different events. The ball is this Friday and I'm soooooooo excited. I have this AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME dress. I feel really pretty in it. I can't wait for him to see it. I also planned a little surprise for him that's gonna make him love me forever. LOL.
Ok everyone, that's a brief synopsis of what's been going down. I'm sure that there will be many more adventures for me to document on this wonderful blog. I love and miss everyone very, very, very much. SPRING '06 BABY!!!!! Goodnight :)
