Here's the first beetroot dish we're trying out. This one is a beetroot & walnut pasta dish using a recipe called Keith's Lovelu Beetroot Penne from the Abel & Cole site (who we get the veg box from).

Overall verdict - put a few too many walnuts in, but otherwise nice & tasty.
