I just watched a large three-headed pink dragon waddle across the street four stories under my bedroom window. I love my apartment.

This snapshot does no justice to how well I reused my fancy schmancy 60s mod outfit as a Halloween costume. It does illustrate perfectly, however, that Mika makes a fucking excellent paintbrush.

I finally carved my pumpkin. It's beautiful. I was going to do polka dots but the rind was thick and bent my Ginsu knife a lot while I was cutting the top off so I gave up and did something simpler. It turned out well ( Read more... )

Today was ridiculous and exhausting and informative and I gained so much. I was terrified and nauseous when I got to work this morning (at 7:55a, if anyone's curious).
