I'm not sure how oold your girls are but it's not fair to take your daughter out. If she does the work, she deserves the rewards just like anyone else.
Some years my daughter has been top seller, some years she hasn't. If you have the box counts, how can anyone say you were playing favorites. It's there in black and white for them. They all have the same opportunity to sell.
If I were you, I would let your daughter participate. "Number of boxes sold" is a completely objective, verifiable thing. It's not as if it's something subjective where you have to decide who did the "best job" at something.
I agree with the previous comments. I was the daughter of a troop leader for many years, so I understand your concerns. Being the leader's daughter can be tough, but it's never a reason to keep your daughter from having the same opportunities and rewards as the other girls, especially with something like box counts that's plain as day! :-)
