I have a question for you ladies. Since you all give me great advice, I'm going to ask another:
Since I am the troop leader and this year we weren't offered any incentives for the girls while selling cookies, my co-leader and I decided that we would have a t-shirt for the girl that sold the most cookies. The other girls will get a fun patch (that way everyone gets something). However, I thinking of taking my own daughter out of the equation so that no one can say I was playing favorites or it's rigged for her to win. But at the same time, it's not really fair to my daughter if she does win.
