Aw I totally love my property manager. He just came down to do a walk-through and brought his adorable two year old son, who I made friends with because I had a couple stuffed animals within his reach. The guy is super mellow and cute with his son and is fixing a bunch of the little things that were missing/broken in my apartment. I also got to talk to his wife very briefly and they are both just...so...nice! I've had some good landlords and some crappy ones and it really makes the whole renting experience so much better when you know that someone actually cares about the quality of your living space and not just the money in their pocket.
