Stranger than fiction: Of Secrets and Dragons.
Annie came early to the library to go over her notes on the history class, and to create some index cards to succeed on next week's test. She arrived at 9:30 with a cup of coffee and extreme desire to achieve, after an hour she was going to her usual spot on the study group table when she runs into Shirley.
-Annie, Annie dear. What are you doing here this early? - said Shirley with her usual sweet tone

-Hi, Shirley. How are you? I am here to study, I had the day off at work and thought I should start with the topics for the test- Annie smiled and then added- But, why are you here so early? Where is Ben? You usually spend your Fridays with the kids.
-Oh, well I had to come today to test a new recipe I came up with during the week. The staff and I need to do the try out and testing during Fridays because is my day off, and they are not as busy as every other day of the week. So I'm at Greendale even when I'm free just like you- Shirley smiled but then remembers that the test was not even on Monday, it was on Thursday, Annie had a lot of time to study and the topics were rattle simple-
-But Honey, the test is almost a week away, and you work so hard at the hospital you should take your day off and rest or have fun- she said with a little bit of concern.
-Oh thanks Shirley, but I am going to stay here for a while and study. I really want to get a good grade on that test; I hope everything goes good with the sandwich- added Annie with a smile.
-Okay sweetie, I'll go and leave you to it. Bye- Shirley smiled as she walked away from the study room.
Annie started again, facing the notebook. She thought the Civil War would be better if they could make a Diorama instead of a test but she focused as she thought of Lincoln and the Confederate Forces.
Annie was getting hungry and she realized she skipped lunch; it was 3.30 already, even though she decided to study for another hour. Half an hour later she was very hungry and she decided to get a bite. I am done with the topics and the extra index cards. You know, just in case the teacher takes us by surprise with some extra questions. All I have to do is a little reviewing during the week. And discuss a little bit with the group to review the day before. Now, maybe I should get a salad in the cafeteria or a sandwich. The cafeteria will be empty because is a Friday afternoon As Annie was thinking she started picking up her notebook and the rest of her stuff, then she hears a noise and raises her head thinking it might be Shirley again but instead sees Neil and some other boys approaching.
- Hey Annie, how are you today? Will you be in here for long? - asked Neil with a hint of surprise and anxiety.
- Hi Neil! I am good, and you? No, no. I am heading to the cafeteria. Why? What are you guys doing here? - She asked looking directly into his eyes with wonder as the study room was getting crowded.
-Well, today we... - and suddenly he was interrupted by all the noise the people were making. "Here is our Dungeon master, the one and only" they shouted and cheered.
Ha, they are playing Dungeons and Dragons. Some Friday afternoon fun suddenly she heard a familiar voice.
-Thanks guys for all this inspirational cheering but, let's face it, I am just another regular Dungeon Master next to the other great fellows here, I just have greater hair- this comment was followed by a choir of laughs- but now in the spirit of fair play and fantastic experience let’s root for imagination and challe...- Jeff speech was interrupted by the sight of Annie.
JEFF? - said Annie stunned and shocked. YOU ARE A DUNGEON MASTER?!
