I took no prisoners last night - took my antihistamine (they gave me nondrowsy!!) at 6.30 and then two panadol before bed and was so excited when the first time I looked at the clock it was 5.30am and I really did feel like I'd been sleeping ( Read more... )

So I'm not sleeping very well at the moment. I have that very alertness feeling when I go to bed which I think is most likely due to the switch in coffees - I'm now drinking two double shot coffees a day. That's 4 cups of coffee where I was normally drink 2 plus change ( Read more... )
