So here's an idea: let's make a replica of Gil's awesome Jaeger hat, with the words "Phil Foglio -- schmott guy!" and present it to him at a con sometime. I'm no good at fabric arts or stuff like that, but I can make a little fake flame for the top (probably using one of those Spencer Gifts sconce things: an orange ribbon and a fan to blow it, with a light bulb, and I'm sure I can make it run on batteries). Figure it would be fun ... who else wants to contribute?
