Finally got the quote from the contractor - the siding project exceedes our ENTIRE rehab budget  (20K)--- never mind the roof or the floors.

Today I sent 59 pages of information to our mortage broker (we were pre-approved months ago - but they still need all kinds of documents.)  Tax returns, bank statements, paystubs etc.  Big fun.

The house inspection has been confirmed for Monday afternoon.

The current owners have scheduled a yard sale for the 16th.

This time the house is in Pawtucket...just over the line from Providence....on a side street just outside of the Popular Oak Hill neighborhood - in a neighborhood known as Woodlawn.
