Okay, Mel, you win.
mockingbird39 and I have had a standard argument going for ages now about the casting of Gary Oldman as Sirius Black. I've always loved him as an actor and thought he did a good job playing a deranged lunatic trying to come to grips with reality in PoA. Mel, on the other hand, thought he looked like an icky old man.
I've argued all along that Sirius was supposed to look like an icky old man, even though he was only in his early 30s, because of how bad Azkaban had been on him. All we needed to do was imagine the younger Sirius Black as looking much like Gary Oldman did in Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead. (That's what my user icon is from, I believe.)
However the newer pictures of Sirius Black in the 70s-era Order of the Phoenix group photos seem to have proven me wrong.
The picture of him in the group photo looks much the same.
