Whilst talking to my brother's roommate through his computer.
Abstract Maniac: How come you're so good at minesweeper. It's superhuman
xdrakainax: lol!
xdrakainax: So you've seen my Minesweeper scores.
Abstract Maniac: I've been trying to beat your damn scores all semester
Abstract Maniac: You took the fun out of the game
*EVIL* >D
I played Civilizations III today... well, I say played when in reality I did not much more then set my city, wander around the map for a few turns on my friend's uber uber slow computer, and then have the computer crash after... ten turns. Eh.
We also borrowed StarCraft from said friend, although we haven't played it yet because I've been hogging the fast computer (i.e., this computer) all day and I don't really like StarCraft all that much anyway. *cough, shuffles feet* But also because he's a really dorky, semi-fob-ish kid who wants to play us over Battle.net and for StarCraft, I am... teh suckage. :E
Norbert also = teh suckage. >O Stupid little brothers don't know the meaning of "stop messing with my backpack."
I feel like such a sponge. For example, here's a list of things I borrowed from
littleelf but still need to return:
* The Magic Kingdom by Terry Brooks (She gave it to me to read and I haven't given it back yet)
* The Lord of the Flies by William Golding (She let me borrow it for English class... and now I've found my copy but haven't gotten around to returning hers)
* Finding Nemo (bootlegged version :O)
* probably 10+ things she let me borrow a few years ago that I've forgotten about.
This doesn't include The Power of Babel I borrowed from
smako (and then almost immediately gave it to
brammig and demanded that he read it), Trigun which I borrowed from
maverickhunter (but REMEMBERED to give back, yeah!)... even that Natalie Imbruglia CD I borrowed from Daniel back in eighth grade before we started hating each other and never gave back. >_>
Lesson of the day: Never let me borrow your possessions... just don't. If you do, don't bother buying anything for me for Christmas (because I'm feeling nice :o).
In other news, in a feat of randomness, I went to
MTV.com and watched a whole bunch of music videos... the one for Hold On by Good Charlotte made me cry...
*total change of mood*
WHEE CROSS COUNTRY BANQUET TOMORROW :D
