Dropping in
Just quickly saying hi - I'm still alive and have not fallen foul of any more London adventures :)
Thesis is eating my soul, it's good fun because I enjoy sciencey things (no, really?) but I have spent zero time for the last week or so doing anything that isn't work or sleep, bleh. It's due on the 26th so I'll be back after that, but until then I hope you can excuse my absence :) Then I start work on the 1st of September, which I am so so excited about, YAY! I still haven't really explained it, but basically I got a paid position working with kids at the museum which rocks, I wanted it more than anything, but alas it's only part time so I'm moving home to Essex and then communting in because I can't afford a flat.
I've been a bit distracted with the althetics championship this weekend, so a lot of my thesis diags are named things like "Table of Jess Ennis" and "Dwain Chambers's lovely graph" (I don't number things until I'm done) but it's been really good to have on in the background. Saying that, time for the heptathlon finale BYE!
