Interview!

Well I just had my interview for Georgetown. It went well; we talked for almost 45 minutes! There was a slightly horrible moment where she asked me what some of my favorite books are and I blanked out and couldn't remember the name of Catcher in the Rye for a second. So then there was a long pause when I was trying to remember the title of the freaking book but I played it off like I was just thinking deeply about what my favorite books are. And then there was a horrifying incident that occured when I was telling her that my grandfather went to Georgetown. See there is a school at Georgetown called the School of Foreign Services and she asked me if my grandfather was in foreign services, meaning was he in that school. And I didn't really know what she was talking about and I thought she meant was he in a war or something so I was like uhhhhh...I think he was in Vietnam. And she just nodded her head like I answered it correctly but then later she said something about the School of Foreign Services and I was like oh! is thta what you meant before when you asked about my grandfather?? And she said yes and so I cleared it all up but I still felt like an idiot. But besides those minor details the interview was great and I think she will say some good things about me. I decided I really don't mind interviews. I think they're easy because you just talk and I'm a pretty good conversationalist.

Well winter break starts on Friday and I am so excitedddddd. Except it doesn't even feel like Christmas because it's not cold outside :( I want it to snow! Oh guess what. Part of my present to Jacob was an ipod wall charger but I just found out today that Eric Miller gave Jacob his old charger for free so now I have to return it!! What shoudl I get him?? Any ideas????
