Ok... so my family smokes the Turkey... we have done it since as long as I can remember. Our turkey starts cooking at around 7pm the evening before Thanksgiving, and doenst finish untill around 2:30 pm on Thanksgiving Day... but the turkey is sooo yummy, with the smoked flavour and it is very  very moist ( Read more... )
