I am gradually learning how to use layers in Photoshop. Trouble is I learn, then I don't use them, then I forget. Then I have to re-learn - it is a slow process.
I posted a photo a wee while ago on flickr of one of the Chimera on Notre Dame and a few people suggested improvements.
So here is the before and after.
