So I have been going to the gym, though we were better about it earlier this month and then only went once last week.
I had been consist when I did cardio of doing about 2 miles in the 30 minutes.
Decided this morning since I have a little extra time that I need to start getting closer to the 3 mile mark so I can do my 5K toward the end of May.
This morning I did 2.36 miles in 34 minutes. Not too bad considering we basically took last week off. (aboaut 14 1/2 mile per minute.) Want to get it so I am at about a 12 minute mile at the end of the summer.
