Vacation workouts (June 10-14)

Monday - 15 minutes elliptical/30 minutes strength training with trainer
Tuesday - 25 minutes elliptical
Wednesday -  36 minutes/2.5 miles treadmill
Thursday - 35 minutes elliptical
          Plus 3 hours of gardening/yardwork
Friday - 48 minutes/3.5 miles treadmill

We did other stuff, but I tried to make sure that I had a little time each day at the gym.
Need to get back into going Saturday morning for yoga or just going to the gym for a little strength training.

(Also need to figure out if I did enough to fill a third page for our office "marathon")
