Menu for week of June 15-21

Saturday - Waffle with peanut butter and berries
  -
  - Pan-sauteed chicken and mushrooms, quinoa and spinach pilaf

Sunday - Scrambled eggs with spinach and ham and toast
  - Grilled pork burgers, potato salad,
  - Grilled pork tenderloin, baked sweet potato, steamed broccoli

Monday - Smoothie (Fruit & yogurt) and peanut butter/banana roll-up
  - Salad with extra veggies and leftover chicken
  - Quesadilla (something quick) and apple salad

Tuesday - Swiss oats and berries
  - Ham and cheese sandwich and yogurt with fruit
  - Shrimp stir-fry with broccoli and mushrooms
  (splendid table)

Wednesday - 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup berries, 1/2 cup all-bran
  - Roast beef roll-up with cottage cheese and fruit
  - Grilled chicken kabobs, herbed couscous, asparagus and mushrooms

Thursday - Hard boiled eggs, English muffin, deli ham and laughing cow triangle
  - Tangy Tuna Salad on ww bread, veggies and hummus
  - Grilled steak, mashed potatoes, veggie mix (Trader Joes blend?)

Friday - Smoothie and toast with peanut butter
  - Salad with leftover meat
  - Pizza
