2nd Chance Idol: Echo Chamber

When I think of this, what comes to mind are the rants and temper tantrums I've had with God, trapped inside my mind, and helpless to the invasions of the world's various different plights. This was a very interesting read, and demonstrative of a very raw and relatable echo in the human mind.
To throw in my two cents, I think it's a tough road conceiving of God as a figure with agency. At the very least, to do so would also require a consideration of how Good and Evil interact with each other, because in the control of an omnipotent deity, these would become two sides of the same coin. And why the figure of Satan makes sense as a one time angel and server of God, who rebelled at his displacement in the holy hierarchy with the crowning of Christ as a part of the Trinity.
Terrorism is a supreme Evil, but in the fundamentalist realm, this becomes the Greatest Good. Not to get all Manichaean, but I do think that Good is always fated to win out over Evil. And yet, nothing is going to necessarily make that happen of its own accord. Evil has so much power, that it can and often does usurp Good, and hence enshrines Evil as the new Good. So, I guess the point I'm trying to make is, that we must think for ourselves, and try to walk a path of Good, and to fight Evil, especially in ourselves, which is the main battleground, the primary one that we have control over anyways, as far as I'm concerned.
But, sorry to write so much, however I thought this was a remarkably thought provoking topic!
