Seen some wacky and wonderful shoes lately, including a pair sported by the fabulous Whitney Ross of Tor Books made from cork (!) and a pair worn by Lucienne's hippy sister, Christine, made all out of rope. C was totally convinced I'd list her as a fashion faux pas, but I've got to give her props for originality. Plus, toes...just one more place to wear jewelry. We're missing some opportunities here, though, peeps. What about anklets? Anyway, check it!

In completely other news, L is contemplating contests for the September 1st release of ReVamped (tagline...Fangs are always in fashion). She's thinking of maybe video interviews of minions, a la Dr. Horrible bonus footage of applications for the Evil League of Evil, with the prize being something cool, plus, if you're in the NYC area, an invitation to the Supernatural Soiree/Vampire Ball she and one of her minions, er, authors (Michele Lang) are plotting for September 1st. Spread the word! Thoughts, suggestions, etc. welcome!
