GIMP 2.6.6
Has anyone else run into problems running GIMP 2.6.6 on Windows Vista? I downloaded this version today and now GIMP locks up on me within a couple of minutes of working on an icon. I'm not getting an error message, it just stops responding and I have to manually end the program.
I'd like to go back to version 2.6.4 but I'm worried about uninstalling 2.6.6 and losing my extra brushes & textures I've downloaded. They'll be removed right? Would it work if I moved the files out of the GIMP folder and into a temporary folder, uninstalled 2.6.6, re-installed 2.6.4, and then moved the brushes/textures back into the appropriate GIMP folder?
