Farewell Portland
So I spent my last day in Portland not doing a whole lot...which was still cool. I tried on the emerald antique ring at the shop, but alas, when I found out it was actually NEW from THAILAND, I backed out of buying it. Another time I'm sure. So I got another italian soda at Chloe's coffee shop, this time a cherry vanilla. Mark got a cherry walnut flavored soda, and remarkably, it was really delicious. Surprising that a sparkling beverage with a nutty flavor would be good!!
Chloe and I went out to eat at Mazatlan's, this awesome authentic mexicali restaurant. We got these huge honkin burritos that were like at least 1.5 pounds and about a foot long. Chloe and I toasted with our Pacifico's- "Thanks for having me," I said. "Thanks for leaving," Chloe said back. Haha, that's why I love her.
Anyway, I'm heading out the door in a few to go to the airport. Haven't slept all night, and my flight leaves at 6am, so I prolly won't sleep until I hit the plane. At least my flight will go fast, since I'll be sleeping through the whole thing.
Until Ohio- I'm out.
