Part of me can't wait for Christmas to be over with. Watching all the damn jewelry commercials on TV ("Get her the gift that'll last a lifetime..." or "This holiday season, show her how much you love her by buying our beautiful sparkley five million carat diamond solitaire...") ...just keeps reminding me that that particular event is getting farther and farther away from me...

*Sigh*

On a lighter note, I almost started crying at the end of a Simpson's episode. Yeah, that's a lighter note...gawd, I'm a mess...
