Title: Book Learning Genre: General Rating & Warnings: PG Word Count: 725 Author's Note: This is for katyscarlett76, who wanted Remus, James and a book. The other two are there as well because they insisted...
Gilpin - I sometimes wish I was really rich, and if that was the case I would pay you to provide me with stories such as this!
I love the observations you make of the marauders. I love the friendship between James and Remus - how they know each other so well and intimately and still can be awkward.
A look at prejudice and fallacy and, apparently, done with humour too.
I love this - it reminds of Remus more than anything else.
potential James
I like this as well - that there is so much more beneath the surface of him. ;) It is interesting how we all think everything must be easier if you are rich, but of course that also brings with it its share of problems. I really wish that Remus would accept the book for James.
Great is also how Peter has completely failed to grasp what it is all about, and how Sirius sees it as a chance to have some fun. And he is only mostly joking...
Ah wonderful glimpse at friendship and generosity. Thank you for sharing.
When you start your new job, we can discuss terms and conditions. Being unemployed, I'm very cheap, as long as you realise that I'm hopeless with brevity and you'll need to give me frequent deadlines... ;)

I really like writing Remus and James. There's so much Remus and Sirius, and James and Sirius, but I like the idea of the relationship between Remus and James being not a million miles from Remus and Harry, in that they really care about each other but other things get in the way. And there seems to be lots to say about that. Sirius and Peter is interesting too!

( ... )
No! I just meant that's when you start your job so I'll be in touch to sort out my 'salary'. ;) This is what happens when I do replies late at night and miss out the very vital explanation words for pathetic jokes! LOL.

How so? Have I forgotten something? Now I'm so curious (and slightly worried that it has slipped my mind..)
Oh I'm glad James buys the book and Remus knows to receive it in good spirit. And that it will play a role later on as well! Write woman, write! ;)
