I said I'd post pix of my winning model from this weekend's contest, and here they are.

Ironic that I've spend decades learning how to make my model cars shiny and new-looking, and I end up winning something with a model I spent hours making look rusted and grotty. Hmmmm. Next up in this vein is the Land Rover from "Shaun the Sheep".
(and yes, that is the intrepid Grommit in the driver's seat.)
