yeah. oh really?
a few weeks ago i dropped my laptop and i still havent taken it in to get fixed becuase im too scared of how much damage there may be.
so thats why i havent been online in forever.
as for a real update, theres not all that much to say except that I'll be back and forth between florida, cambridge and bellingham this summer...
i saw Weezer last night at the Avalon in Boston, i love andy white because he makes me do irrational things at a whim, but they always wind up being the best things i ever do, like the time we went to canada and slept in his car.
we both paid way too much for the tickets but i had never seen Weezer at a small venue before and it was really worth it, Rivers is over his computer generated set list phase and the show was good mix of blue, pinkerton, the new stuff and a just a tad of their mediocre sell-out-esque stuff.
the encore was undone and the good life, that pretty much sums it up.
We're all going to see The Mars Volta tonight, the fact that the entire crew is going makes it all the better, i'm so grateful that jen is coming too, because i really want to share this with her before she graduates and leaves me.
the rest of this week is going to be torture
then the cape for a week!!!!!! if anyone wants to go for a few nights let me know, we'd love to have visitors while we're there for the week.
then job hunting in boston
then florida
then hopefully work and buy myself something shiny.
just some observations; it is really very easy to get all the free coffee you want, new spanish is a great way to confuse international students, all nighters dont really count if you smoke up and sit in a dark room for hours and dont get your paper done, play time is not for kids at all, public saftey thinks its normal when they find two kids sleeping in the theater practice room at 7 am, you dont need hazard lights- you just go left blinker right blinker and sandwiches taste better when the cold cuts, bread and mayo are lovingly stolen from the food court and packed into plastic cups.
