I'm a horrible sloth

Dec 14, 2011 23:28

SO sorry!! I was supposed to write and post each day and my life goes wonky on me. I think my precious toddler is having serious fits of "I, me, mine, right now and I do not sleep" disease. In other words, I have not sense of using time to plot, note down, type or post my stories. But now that I finally have two of them made, you'll get them and rest of the.. oh gawd how many?... them later. Tomorrow. or day after. I promise. And sorry again. I'm a sloth. I know.

6th. KagomexSesshoumaru, Inuyasha

Kagome stood at the viewing floor of the Tokyo Tower and watched as the sun set over the busy town she knew quite well. The lights were switching on everywhere and illuminated the darkening silhouette of Tokyo.

She leaned on the railing next to the windows and sighed. Although she loved the night view of the Tokyo, she missed seeing the stars over the sky. She missed her friends and loved ones in the Feudal Era. It hurt so much to not being able to see them anymore. Even though it had been two years ever since the Bone Eater's Well shut her to the future, her heart still ached to be back on his arms.

“Miko.”

Sudden voice behind her could not be true. She had been thinking about her friends too much,
it caused her to hallucinate. Even though that voice sounded too real, it just couldn't be.

“Miko.”

Kagome turned slowly, not wanting to believe her ears. How many times had she heard this voice,
specially on this day of the year, and found nothing. She slowly moved her feet and lifted her eyes. Then she almost fainted.

Inutaiyoukai, though clearly masking his demon heritage, was standing in front of her, holding out a jewelery box.

“Merry Christmas, Miko.” Sesshoumaru said, reaching his free hand to caress her cheek.

Tears flooded from her eyes as she tilted her head to the touch.

“Merry Christmas, husband.”

Yes, I'm sappy... But you know what I love about this challenge? it made me want to write fic od fandomns I never thought I would write. Ha!

7th, HayatexHimeno, Pretear

It was Christmas Day and Awayuki family was sitting in the living room, by the tree and gifts were being shared. Before first present was opened though, Himeno's father, Kaoru asked if Himeno could contact Leafe Knights, as the family had presents for them too. After all, all of the Knights had participated on saving their family and the city.

Mayune and Mawata were both eager to share their gifts, specially to the younger Knights. So Himeno decided to go easy on her family.

“Sasame!! Get your brothers and Takako in here right now!” She shouted from the bottom of her lungs, causing her family to cover their ears. Poor Tanaka, the butler was not lucky enough and fainted from the loud voice.

“Himeno!” Mawata scolded her sister.

“What? Kei is only one with the mobile and I don't trust him to spread the message soon enough. This is fastest way to get them here.” Himeno defended herself and was tackled down by three youngest Knights only a second after.

“See?”

Laughter filled the room and Hayate helped her up from the floor. Soon everyone was opening presents and talking animatedly with each other.

Hayate nudged Himeno's side to get her attention and whisked her away with a gentle gust of wind Only Sasame noticed them leaving, but said nothing. The newly formed couple deserved some alone time from the little rascals, specially Manten.

“Why are we here, Hayate?” Himeno asked, when Knight of Wind set her down next to the fountain they had often met her during the disastrous happenings.

“I wanted to give you this” Hayate said, gently pushing a pouch to her hands.

“And why could you not give this to me inside the... Oh my!” Himeno had opened the pouch while talking and now pulled out a necklace with white gold snowflake charm.

“I thought you'd like that. It's a reminder of sorts of how you saved us all. And how I realized...” Hayate fell silent, remembering the awful moment of seeing her dead.

“Realized what?” Himeno asked, looking at his eyes, curiously.

Hayate did not answer, but pulled her into his arms and proceeded to kiss her. Her first kiss, unless you counted the one that revived her all those weeks ago.

Yes, it was perfectly good plan to take her out of the house. They would have never heard the end of it, if others saw this.
