high expectations for the special
My love/adoration/infatuation with Sho-kun is officially rekindled. It's not that the flames ever really went out, but he'd been outside of my radar for a while. And it all came back with Nazotoki wa Dinner no Ato de! Not that he really fits Kageyama's personality... less do-S and more doh! Even pretending to be mean is good enough for me, though... wow, that sounds sad.
All of this is somewhat negated when I recall the VSA episode with the cast. Of course, I blame it all on Kitagawa Keiko. It may be harsh to suggest it, but type casting much?! Seriously baka girl...
Other than the flail there wasn't a whole lot to the series. I guess I could have been blinded by the hot that is Kageyama. But there wasn't enough emotion to the cases to draw me in further than the murder of the weekness of the whole plot.
It's really hard to come up with something to say, though, because I don't feel like I've seen the end yet... That drama SP had better not be all recap!! Well, with all of that innuendo and possible dokidoki left obviously unresolved, I like to think that this was all planned. Unless the source material was a ball of sexual tension. In which case....I guess I'll be disappointed because there's not much else I could do about it.
