VS 嵐 flailpost
Okay, so I guess I really am going to do one of these things for everything. That's what happens when there's a particularly awesome episode of VS Arashi...
At the moment, this is in no particular order. (Updated 11/28/10)
08/26/10 - Jun Team. Okay it started out kinda "meh" in my opinion. The Plus 1 guest wasn't terribly interesting. And I didn't know any of the other team, except the playboy guy from AniS. I don't remember anything from Jungle Bingo, after all that. lol But I can't believe the Rolling Coin Tower...it was sooo wobbly in the beginning. How did it make it that tall? Pinball Runner was FANTASTIC!!! I mean come on, it started with all of the Nino awesomeness and I probably would have flailed more if I hadn't already seen these a billion and a half times in gif form. I kid, I kid. Still flailed. But he made some amazing catches! And then Aiba was AMAZINGly fail and loltastic. Especially when Nino yelled at him. XD I admit to not paying attention to the other team's go at it. Giant Crash was physics defying...HOW HOW HOW did that happen?! But lastly there was Bound Hockey. I am putting a request out to the LiveJournal universe for a gif of Sho at the end of Bound Hockey...お願いします! And I completely *heart* how he slipped past to get the #6 spot. I was terribly worried that Sho!fail would happen and he'd get reprimanded. BUT IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!!!! So proud because I'm a nerd.
10/14/10 - 2 hr SP. There were many good Sho!fail faces... I think that's what happens when he's on TV as himself for that length of time... ^_^ The only cool thing about Tom Cruise / Cameron Diaz (in my opinion) was watching the boys spazz out. That was win. Especially when Sho couldn't come up with words anymore. KAWAIII But I could definitely tell that it'd been a while since I'd watched a VS Arashi... because OhMyGawd I flailed hardcore... and screamed... in Japanese. Yeah.
10/21/10 - Freeter, Ie wo Kau Team. Okay, I completely *heart* the beginning when they were like we're missing someone! And Ohno said it was because he got a baitou! I LOLed so hard I had to pause. And then explain because Senpai was over and I made her watch. ^_^ There were some other really funny moments, like Ohno staring at the camera after Falling Pipe fail... I really wish I understood more of what Maru was talking about. Of course, since it's Nino, I was torn as to who to root for. Of course, majority rules, but I so enjoy watching him gloat and the S part of me likes to see MDA! *spoiler* It was a REALLY good one, btw. I loved how Aiba told Nino to get in his spot, or something like that. It was kinda unlike him. One last thing, the guy who plays Nino's dad - he was really funny. A lot funnier than when I've seen him try to be funny in dramas.
11/18/10 - Megane Talento Team. Ohisashiburi...it's been a while since I've seen a VSA that made me laugh enough to actually want to write about it, ne~ They've kinda fallen flat lately, but the Megane Talento team added a lot of energy that was a nice change. The best part had to have been Aiba's yankee face during Dual Curling...well, Dual Curling was epic win anyways. First time since they first started playing that it really came together. I guess they just needed practice? ^_^ And it's always nice to see the boys spank the other team! Though losing is good too....... But OMG Bound Hockey and then breaking the machine for Falling Pipe and Giant Crash was soo surprising (<3 the look on Sho's face!) It was just all around a good ep and I'm glad because the ones of late have made this fangirl concerned.
