One Week

So, it's been one week of trying to become more healthy. The scale is down more than I expected. I've lost 10lbs. I realize that is mostly water weight and such. But it is encouraging.

I haven't had any pop, kept my portion sizes reasonable and taken a walk everyday at work. Last night, instead of being a couch potato, I went and shot archery for alittle over an hour. I feel like I have a bit more energy and stamina than I did a week ago.

I will do this. One step at a time.
