So the weekend presented some challenges and was met with moderate success. Went out to dinner on Friday and put half the food immediately into a to-go box. That wasn't that bad. We worked around the house alot this weekend and I didn't eat as good as I should have, but I really watched the portions and while I didn't "walk" I did keep busy and moving.
The scale is starting to move slowly downward and that is positive! It will be one week tomorrow! I have been talking to the hubby about some things we should change in our diets. We can do this!
