Code of Conduct
I don't know if they're serious about this, but it's about fricking time. I never want our soldiers to be in harm's way, but they *are* a valid military target. Children and grandmothers, on the other hand, are right out. It is NEVER acceptable to target civilians, and anyone who doesn't get that has lost the mission.
