A Look Back. . .
So far most of you know that 2007 was not my best year. I know that there has been positive things in my life, but it seems that the negative has been a constant weight upon my shoulders, that it makes the positives hard to see. It seems for even a little positive, negatives are there to overshadow them all. I can just pray that this next year will finally bring some change in my life for the better, I don't know if I can take anymore bad. I'm frayed enough as it is. So in 2007 I. . .
- Found a job
- Saw Mamma Mia
- Went to Asheville
- Developed a staph infection, and subsequently had knee surgery
- Found out I was HIV+
- Lost my job (and still am unable to find another one)
- Took two Photoshop courses
- Discovered LiveJournal (has helped maintain my sanity)
- Lost 25 pounds
- Have knitted 8 scarves and 5 hats
- Reconnected with an old friend
