TAGGING GUIDELINES
Please make sure you follow these guidelines when posting to the comm.
- Out-of-character posts should be marked with the !!ooc tag.
- Modposts will be marked !!modpost.
- Drop/hiatus or slowatus notices should be marked with the !!away (for drops/hiatuses) or !!slowatus (for slowatuses) tags, return posts after hiatus/slowatues marked with the !!return tag.
- Plot discussion posts should be marked with the !!discussion tag as well as the appropriate -plot: insert plot name here tag.
- Any introductions and/or the first post of a new character should be marked with the !!intro tag.
- Links to posts that are off the comm should be marked with the !!tracking tag, the tag for where it is posted-- either *journal, *sws or *meme. These will also be tagged with the tags of the character that originally posted and any characters who replied in. Character tags appear as character name | journal name.
- Posts with links to threads that are directly related to a certain plotline should also be tagged with the appropriate plot tag. If it is not directly related to a certain plot, it can be tagged with the -plot: general ghp tag. Please note it is possible to have both a specific plot tag and the general plot tag on a post.
- Posts that are open for anyone to join (most of your posts will be like this) will be tagged (open). Posts that are not should be marked (closed) and the characters for whom they are meant for should be specified in either the subject line or at the top of the post.
