this past week has been incredibly bi-polar for yours truely. arguments, tests, homework, projects, and one incredibly amazing concert which came up out of nowhere. I wont delve into the nuances of the arguments in this public forum, as i feel its not the entire worlds business (chances are if you're my friend you probably already know). All i will say is that i cannot stand to argue over trivial bullshit, its a total waste of time. Frankly i'd rather stick my arm in the garbage disposal than sit around and argue.(Debating, the recreational form of arguing, is and entirly different story on the other hand.)
As for the tests. well the only test i have to complain about is the Spanish III vocab quiz. Our vocab list was incredibly long, and i was far from prepared for it. Im certain i did no better than a D on it. I really wish i were better at speaking the spanish language. I'll just have to kick ass on the projects we get assigned to make up for my lack of ability to do well on the tests.
Homework seemed to pile up like crazy this week. It was like out of nowhere this wave of homework came, and that was that.
I, as always, waited to the last minute to do my English independant novel project. Atleast i got it done. Im certain i'll do well on it. The presentation however still lies in front of me. Ahwell, that wont be to difficult, considering it only has to be 4 minutes long.
The Interpol concert. I dont even know where to begin. It was amazing. The only down side was the disgusting drunk couple behind me who were grinding (Yes, they were grinding to Interpol). The drunk bitch felt the need to continually get in front of my friends and i. Well hun, i fucking stood in that spot for 2+ hours, not to mention through two terrible bands, so i would be near the front so i can see the band, and im not about to relinquish my spot so you can see the band and forget because you're so fucking trashed. But even the constant elbowing, and groping by those silly bastards couldnt ruin the amazing show Interpol put on. The double encore was one of the most amazing things ever. They are a spectacular group, most definently one of my favorite new bands.
aside from friday, this was a very lack luster weekend. All day saturday i sat, went to work, and then sat some more. Today has been very much the same, only i didnt work, which means it was even more boring than yesterday.
i've lost the desire to write in this any further.
