this is a page for hao yun qi, which is rufus' ever so lovingly managed bank/loan sharking company. as i'm sure you can guess, the queen of great white sea monsters in question is none other than rufus barma himself.
a loan shark is a person or body that offers unsecured loans at illegally high interest rates to individuals, often enforcing repayment by blackmail or threats of violence. i c&ped that from wikipedia but it's pretty much true. he also specializes in other forms of illegal financing, none of which i am going to pretend i know because honestly, all i know about loan sharks, i learned from watching okane ga nai.
but yeah, if your character wants or needs a loan but doesn't want to deal with the extra worshiping involved, rufus is here to help them. he, being the kind sharkmother that he is, will deal with the perpetual state of arousal instead. rather than having your character take out a loan through the twelve's native-run bank, they can simply go to rufus who has already taken out a shitton of money for this very purpose. rufus will just give your character however much they want/need, charge them an interest rate, and voila!! your character gets their money and doesn't have to do the extra worship! isn't that awesome? that is basically how this whole thing works in a nutshell.
if you want to make use of his services, there's no need to alert me or ask for my permission or anything like that unless you want to play certain things out. generally, if your character can't pay the interest back, they get their assets liquidated and their asses kicked. this is rp though so unless you specifically want this to occur, we can just assume your characters pays him back and stuff. basically, this service is in existence if your character wants to take advantage of it and it's meant to be a tool to help players come up with money/property related plots or venues (specifically, businesses for new characters) without having to wait like 10 years.
