a few thoughts on student teaching
Ok I admit Student teaching is one of the worst experiences of my life... Don't get me wrong I love teaching and working with the students but to be constantly under a microscope with no control of your own is Fucked up beyond belief. I am a teacher and like 99% of all teachers I am a control freak, There are things I do a certain way because they are for me to succeed not for anyone else! I appreciate all teachers have their own style. As I certainly do but this system is so archaic and backward that we even allow it to continue is beyond belief. Why is this system allowed to exist? colleges make money off of it and organizations get free labor. I have not accomplished anything and I have only 32 days of student teaching left. At this point I have to say what a waste of time.
