a t-bone steak, cheese, eggs and welch's grape

I miscalculated, and the first week of couch to 5k is eight minutes of running. this week I'm going to repeat the first week because I don't think I'm ready to move on. last week was challenging enough, especially since one of the runs (never thought I'd use that word in reference to something I did, unless it was diarrhea) I completed after my lower body lifting routine. I thought for sure my legs would fall off. pretty soon I'll be insuring them like tina turner's.

busy day today consisting of annual gyno exam, shopping for hair color and then driving to philly to do hair. I also want to stop at nordstrom rack so I need to allow enough browsing time. I've been doing a great job of not buying clothes while I'm losing weight, but I've kinda gone bananas with accessories. I bought 2 purses, a wallet, and a few pairs of shoes in the past couple weeks. things have been busier at work so I'm stupidly getting used to having fun money again. I need to pump the brakes on the spending...but I have 81 items on my ebay watch list. not to mention three tattoo appointments in the month of may, which I think will turn into 4 because I know one of them will take two sittings. that's another thing I'm trying not to do during the weight loss process, but they aren't in areas that I anticipate changing too much. yes, I'm getting hand, neck and forehead tattoos :D

I should definitely try to sleep but I wanted to record somewhere for history that my two favorite typos, aside from "abou tit," are 1) beyonance and 2) rockability
